The Situation
A global translation and language services company with over two decades of international experience wanted to establish a serious footprint in the United States. They had the product. They had the credibility. What they did not have was a clear entry strategy, the right relationships, or a sales engine built for the US market.
What We Did
We built their US business development strategy from the ground up. We identified the right industries and buyer profiles across legal, financial, banking, and government sectors. We designed the outreach strategy, built the initial pipeline, and activated relationships to get them into the right rooms. We also helped them refine how they told their story to a US audience, which is a different conversation than the one that had worked internationally. By the time our engagement ended, they had a functioning BD engine and a pipeline of real opportunities they could continue to build on independently.

The Situation
A growing marketing company had built a strong creative reputation but was struggling to scale. What We Did
We ran a series of deep strategy sessions with their leadership team. We started by asking the questions nobody had gotten around to asking yet. Who is your best client and why? Where are you leaving money on the table? What does this business look like in three years and does everyone in the room have the same answer? We helped them get clear on their positioning, tighten their service offering, identify the operational gaps that were slowing them down, and build a growth roadmap their team could actually execute without us holding their hand every step of the way.

A legal technology company with a strong product was struggling to break into the law firm market. They understood technology. They did not fully understand how lawyers make buying decisions, what builds trust in the legal industry, or how to navigate a sales cycle that moves at a completely different pace than the one they were used to.
What We Did
We brought our deep knowledge of the legal market and how law firms actually evaluate and adopt new technology. We helped them refine their sales approach to speak the language lawyers respond to, built relationships with the right decision-makers, and advised on how to structure their outreach for a market that runs on trust and referral rather than cold pipelines. We also helped them identify which types of firms were the best early adopters and why, so their team could focus their energy where it would actually convert.
