We keep our client roster deliberately small. The exact number varies depending on the scope and intensity of each engagement, but the principle never changes: every business we work with gets our full attention. We would rather work deeply with fewer clients than broadly with many.
There is no typical engagement. Every scope is shaped after the first conversation, not before it. Some clients come to us for a focused 6-week sprint on a specific problem. Others bring us in as ongoing advisory partners for a year or more. We also do fractional work where we operate as an embedded part of your team through a transition or growth phase. The right structure depends entirely on what you actually need.
Yes. We are based in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area and have deep roots in the South Florida market, but we work with clients nationally and globally. Most of our work is done remotely with strategic in-person sessions as needed. Geography has never been a barrier to doing good work together.
We have deep experience in legal technology, alcobev and distribution, consumer goods, retail, life sciences, marketing and creative services, and financial services. That said, our strength is not industry-specific knowledge alone. It is the ability to bring cross-industry perspective to problems that have been looked at too long from the inside.
